Senior Product Designer

Lead end-to-end design within a cross-functional squad, from initial problem framing and research to high-fidelity execution. Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver user-centric solutions using the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead design end-to-end within the squad, from problem framing and research through to high-fidelity execution
- Collaborate with a Product Manager, a Data Lead, and a small engineering team to deliver effective product solutions
- Scope and facilitate user research and usability testing to deepen customer understanding and quickly iterate designs
- Deliver high-quality UX and UI using the design system, including wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications
- Facilitate workshops that bring diverse stakeholders together to explore problems, align on direction, and build shared understanding
- Champion a lean, human-centered approach to product development and contribute to how the CX team works and grows
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional work within the experience design field
- Experience working in product and technology teams
- Track record of influencing product decisions and shaping what gets built
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Mastery of Figma and working familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
- Experience with UX strategies and trends across both web and mobile platforms
- Comfortable working in an environment where product solutions are challenged equally by engineering, data, product, and UX
