Drive and coordinate the design process for wastewater infrastructure projects to ensure technical solutions meet client briefs and budgets. Manage design schedules, resources, and risks while effectively communicating progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Driving and coordinating the design process for wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Developing and managing design schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Monitoring and managing design risks, addressing challenges to maintain project progress
  • Communicating design progress, challenges, and solutions to clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting the company's commitment to delivering projects that meet or exceed customer expectations

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or related discipline
  • Extensive experience in water infrastructure (construction or design)
  • Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary design and delivering complex infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of Australian design standards, codes, and regulations
  • Exceptional project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
