- Driving and coordinating the design process for wastewater infrastructure projects
- Developing and managing design schedules, budgets, and resources
- Monitoring and managing design risks, addressing challenges to maintain project progress
- Communicating design progress, challenges, and solutions to clients and stakeholders
- Supporting the company's commitment to delivering projects that meet or exceed customer expectations
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or related discipline
- Extensive experience in water infrastructure (construction or design)
- Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary design and delivering complex infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of Australian design standards, codes, and regulations
- Exceptional project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
