Product Designer

The Product Designer will own projects from ideation to shipment, creating interactive prototypes and solving complex financial problems to improve user empowerment. They will collaborate with creative, engineering, and leadership teams to shape the product roadmap and ensure a high-quality user experience across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Finding and exploring opportunities to help achieve goals
- Working closely with the creative team to discuss ideas, review work in progress, and shape long-term strategy
- Designing concepts and interactive prototypes
- Solving challenging financial problems by changing people's perception of money
- Collaborating with leadership teams and presenting design concepts
- Collaborating with engineering teams to ship high-quality features
- Working with Marketing and Support teams to ensure a great user experience
Requirements
- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end projects with at least 3 years working with product teams
- Creativity and craftsmanship: strong interaction and visual skills
- Problem-solving skills and a strong product lens
- Collaboration and communication skills
- Passion: desire to push the limits, break the status quo, and be at the forefront of where technology is leading
- Basic technical knowledge, especially front-end, and a general understanding of an agile engineering development process
- Ability to work with a certain level of ambiguity and autonomously
