Graphic Designer

Develop and maintain brand-consistent creative materials for print and digital platforms to support marketing, sales, and internal communications. Collaborate across departments to create product mock-ups, trade show materials, and promotional assets.

Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging graphics, layouts, and marketing materials for both print and digital platforms
• Maintain and uphold Gasser Chair's brand standards across all visual communications to ensure consistency and professionalism
• Design and develop digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, and other online marketing initiatives
• Create digital product mock-ups for customer presentations
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to create product launch materials, specification sheets, and promotional assets
• Design materials supporting internal company initiatives, including employee engagement campaigns, orientation materials, newsletters, and company announcements
• Assist with product photography coordination, photo editing, image retouching, and maintaining digital image libraries
• Develop graphics and visual materials for trade shows, customer presentations, events, and showroom displays
• Coordinate with external printers, promotional vendors, and creative partners to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of materials
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and company objectives
• Maintain organized digital design files, templates, and archived materials for efficient future use and consistency
• Stay current on graphic design trends, software advancements, and creative best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design work

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in graphic design, marketing design, or creative services preferred
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
• Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with photography, video editing, or is a plus
• Portfolio demonstrating strong creative and technical design abilities required
