Visual Designer

Develop high-quality digital and print deliverables that align with brand standards and company objectives. Manage the end-to-end creative process, including UX design for digital interfaces and the production of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Layout and design for print, web, and multimedia, including type specifications, illustrations, photography, print design, design, multimedia, and other creative processes
- Develop and create design solutions to communicate ideas using graphic design processes and techniques
- Prepare image-based designs graphically rendered in appropriate formats to be used as flash banners and carousels on public and agents-only websites
- Operate company photography and videography equipment and software
- Work with customers or vendors to determine print production methods for projects during the initial design phase
- Oversee production when using the company's print center
- Outsourced printing: Provide job specifications for quotes, evaluate bids, and select appropriate vendors
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in graphic design, communications, digital media, user experience design, or a related field
- High level of proficiency in design, UX, web, and multimedia software and applications
- Grasp of UX best practices for web and mobile product design
- Knowledge of website structure best practices and creating sitemaps
- Knowledge of printing procedures, photography, and illustration
- Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
