Design, concept, and prototype high-quality core dashboard and product experiences for the Stripe ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and deliver user-centered designs.
Responsibilities
- Developing a deep understanding of the Stripe ecosystem, users, and UI to inform product direction
- Delivering high-quality, user-centered designs that evolve core surfaces and elevate the overall user experience
- Collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, user researchers, and content designers to shape strategy and execution
- Sharing work regularly in design reviews and actively contributing to a strong culture of feedback and iteration
Requirements
- At least 4+ years relevant design experience
- A portfolio showcasing strong design skills with high-quality, well-crafted UI experiences
- Experience partnering closely with product, engineering and other cross-functional teams to drive product direction
- Demonstrated ability to work horizontally across product verticals & collaborating upwards with team & company leadership
