Onsite $120,000 - $130,000 Full-time Manager

Manage the design department by overseeing project assignments, reviewing designs and calculations, and ensuring quality control. Train design personnel and coordinate with sales and technology managers to maintain systems and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the design department, including following the company's quality design procedure and work instruction
  • Review and verify designs and calculations prior to submittal
  • Assign projects to designers based on workload demand and maintain design calendar

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • NICET II or NICET III and/or state required certification required
  • 10 years' experience as a sprinkler designer required
