Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will architect the player experience for a new mobile game, defining user flows and maintaining a scalable Figma design system. They will lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to post-launch iteration while mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Define complex user flows, information architecture, and interaction models
- Build interactive prototypes to test and validate features
- Plan user testing, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data
- Proactively audit the game to identify friction points and high-value opportunities
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in game development specializing in UX
- A deep understanding of mental models, player motivations, and the 'why' behind player behavior
- Communication and influence skills
- Figma mastery
- A keen eye and design sense
