Lead UX Designer (Financial Services)

Lead the design of end-to-end, omni-channel digital experiences for B2B2C financial services products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user insights and business goals into actionable design strategies and high-fidelity prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end digital experiences across multiple platforms, aligning user needs with business goals
- Apply human-centered design methodologies to frame problems, co-create solutions, and deliver value across touchpoints
- Create UX deliverables such as site maps, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Translate user insights, research, and behavioral data into actionable design strategies aligned with KPIs
- Conduct competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, and research activities to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, content, legal, and compliance
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (ADA) and regulatory requirements
- Use tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to design, prototype, and iterate efficiently
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing user-centered digital products and experiences
- Advanced English level (C1+), with excellent communication skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design work, business impact, and customer growth
- Structured thinking and problem-solving approach
- Strong expertise in UX design, interaction design, and systems thinking
- Proven ability to balance creativity with business strategy and product thinking
