Lead and direct all aspects of design services for capital and expense projects to improve safety, productivity, and reliability. Oversee the design process from concept to completion while managing the engineering drawing system and providing mentorship to the team.
Responsibilities
- Management and maintenance of the engineering drawing system
- Oversee the design process from concept to completion
- Provide field assistance for development and installation of engineering projects
- Minimize project costs through design clarifications
- Maintain efficient and up-to-date CAD skills
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in the field
- Proficient in design and drafting methods, symbols, and standards
- Computer-aided drafting (CAD) 2D required, 3D preferred
- Effective communication and time management skills
