Manager, Mechanical Actuation Design Engineering

Lead and develop a team of approximately 25 engineers focusing on the design of rotary geared actuators for military aircraft. Provide technical leadership for complex actuation systems while managing customer relationships and aligning resources with business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of engineers
- Provide technical leadership in the design and integration of complex actuation systems
- Advance continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methods
- Represent Moog with customers and partners
- Collaborate across Moog sites and global teams to align priorities and resolve challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Science
- 10+ years of experience in the aerospace industry or a closely related field
- 3+ years of experience in management with direct people-leadership responsibility
- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Demonstrated experience in the design and/or testing of complex actuation systems
