Lead the design of complex, end-to-end user experiences and platform-level initiatives for higher education products across web and mobile. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, evolve design systems, and mentor junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for major product areas, full user journeys, and platform-level initiatives
- Create high-fidelity, pixel-perfect designs and comprehensive user flows
- Define and evolve design patterns and components for the design system
- Lead user research initiatives and translate findings into actionable design improvements
- Present design work to senior stakeholders and build conviction for design decisions
Requirements
- 7-10 years of product design experience
- Portfolio that demonstrates craft excellence, strategic thinking, and measurable impact on product metrics, user satisfaction, and business outcomes
- Experience designing AI-powered experiences
- Strategic thinker with exceptional judgment and problem-framing skills
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and influence stakeholders
