Senior Product Designer
Social Discovery Group Remote (🇵🇱 Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland)
The role involves conducting user research and data analysis to design intuitive, high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes. The designer will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement design specifications and maintain a consistent visual style guide.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement
- Evaluate business processes and conduct research, such as surveys, to pinpoint potential issues
- Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders
- Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department
- Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives
- Produce written reports summarizing data analysis
- Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes
- Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Senior/Lead Product Designer on e-commerce or B2B2C
- A track record of working closely with product managers and engineers
- Experience using product metrics and UX metrics to guide design decisions
- Deep knowledge of user research methods
- Strong skills in Figma and modern design workflows
- Experience working with design systems and tokenized components
- The ability to produce clear design documentation
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent time management and ownership mindset
- Russian C1+ and English B2
