Innovation Product Designer

Own end-to-end design for an AI-native data integration platform, focusing on complex workflows and data-dense interfaces. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate user research into high-fidelity Figma deliverables and production-ready features.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for product features - research and ideation through high-fidelity design and implementation support
- Design intuitive interfaces for integration configuration, transformation building, workflow monitoring, and results exploration
- Create clear UX for communicating AI outputs - confidence levels, transformation previews, and error states
- Contribute to and maintain the design system in Figma â components, tokens, and patterns
- Handle the unique challenge of designing for non-deterministic AI outputs
- Design feedback mechanisms that capture user corrections and improve AI quality over time
- Plan and conduct usability tests and user interviews with financial services personas
- Work directly with engineers and the Technical Product Manager to ensure design quality through to production
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional product design experience
- Has designed features end-to-end for web applications in production
- Portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design for complex web applications
- Expert Figma proficiency
- Strong interaction design and visual design sensibility
- User research skills
- Technical fluency
