Senior UX Researcher

Establish and lead the UX research practice from scratch, focusing on testing flows and concepts to inform product decisions. Partner with Design, Product, and Marketing teams to set evidence standards and maintain research quality.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run UX research for key initiatives
- Set the evidence bar for design work
- Build a lightweight research operating model
- Run post-release UX checks
- Maintain a high standard of research quality
- Partner across the company on research quality
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UX research, product research, or design research
- Strong expertise in moderated usability testing, prototype testing, and concept validation
- Experience partnering closely with Product Designers throughout the product development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of research methodology, participant recruitment, study design, bias identification, and evidence quality
