Lead the end-to-end UX vision and strategy for AWS Marketplace and Partner Central to optimize buyer and seller journeys. Influence product strategy and mentor designers while establishing cross-service design standards for enterprise commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end UX vision and strategy across AWS Marketplace, Partner Central, and complete buyer journeys
  • Set the bar for B2B marketplace design by translating complex procurement, licensing, and partner management workflows into coherent, human-centered experiences
  • Influence product and business direction, working with senior leadership to identify opportunities where design innovation can transform buyer, seller, and partner outcomes

Requirements

  • 10+ years of design experience
  • Expertise in user interface design, information architecture, and interaction design
  • Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across geographies and business units
