- Own the end-to-end design of core product experiences, from early concept through to shipped and iterated
- Build Geordie's design system from the ground up
- Lead customer discovery and research
- Work directly with customers to test thinking early and close the loop between insight and shipped product
- Collaborate daily with engineers
Requirements
- Significant experience as a product designer
- Portfolio that demonstrates complex UX problem-solving
- Experience building or leading a design system
- Strong product thinking
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
