Digital Graphic Designer

Support the Retail Media team by creating digital design executions including banners, video, and CRM materials. Collaborate with marketing and retail departments to deliver brand-consistent go-to-market materials and motion graphics.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Retail Media team with digital design executions for all retail media solutions
- Keeping abreast of advancements in new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in design
- Brainstorming and conceptualizing ideas as well as storyboarding
- Participating in idea sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
- Adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
- Creation of Retail Media Go-to-market materials
- Working collaboratively with the design team, broader Marketing team, and the Retail and Promotions departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design
- 3-5 years' experience in Graphic Design
- Excellent self-management and communication skills
- Visual effects/After effects or any other animation/video program knowledge advantageous
- Great Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator skills
- Good understanding of digital and mobile design principles
