Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end user experience for Wise's referral program, from initial strategy and awareness to reward claims. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the design process from ideation to high-fidelity UI and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Referral Experience: Own the end-to-end UX for the referral program, ensuring every touchpoint from awareness to reward claim is seamless
- Strategic Influence: Proactively contribute to the teamâs product vision and quarterly planning, influencing the overall referral strategy and managing stakeholders' expectations
- Collaborative Design: Work side-by-side with Content Designers and sync regularly with PMs, Engineers and Operations to align on design strategy
- User-Centric Research: Conduct comprehensive UX research activities including interviews, surveys and competitor analysis to define use cases and test solutions
- Full-Stack Execution: Drive the design process from ideation and storyboarding to high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototyping
Requirements
- Well-established track record of experience as a Product Designer
- Portfolio of well-crafted, impactful work that solves real problems for real people
- Default to prototyping when presenting work
- Natural collaborator, designing in the open, leveraging other functionsâ expertise and taking them on the journey
- High-level of design craft, strong visual skills and an interest in brand
