UI/UX Designer (Associate)

Design responsive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications while conducting user research and usability testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into high-fidelity designs and maintain scalable design libraries.
Responsibilities
- Design responsive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless cross-platform experiences
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and evaluate design effectiveness
- Work closely with UX researchers, developers, and product managers to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Ensure brand consistency by following established brand guidelines, design systems, and style guides while contributing to their growth
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields
- Experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, usability heuristics, and design best practices
