Design user-centered interfaces, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications within the defense logistics sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain design systems and translate user insights into operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts, to understand product requirements and user needs
- Ensure designs adhere to established design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries for consistency and scalability
- Contribute to and maintaining the design system with new components and features
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design
- Effectively communicate design rationale and present design solutions to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, from research to final deliverables
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar in creating interactive prototypes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
