Contribute to the design and improvement of user-centered digital experiences for .com platforms and associated services. Focus on UX reflection, including analyzing usage, structuring user journeys, and exploring AI-driven interactions.

Responsibilities

  • RĂ©flexion UX & conception d’expĂ©rience
  • Participer Ă  la conception et Ă  l’amĂ©lioration des parcours utilisateurs
  • Structurer les problĂ©matiques UX et contribuer Ă  la dĂ©finition des parcours et intentions d’expĂ©rience
  • RĂ©aliser des benchmarks, audits ergonomiques et analyses d’expĂ©riences existantes
  • Formaliser des concepts UX via user flows, zoning, schĂ©mas ou wireframes basse fidĂ©litĂ©

Requirements

  • Formation Étudiant(e) en UX Design, Product design avec une forte dominante UX, ergonomie ou formation Ă©quivalente (Bac+3 Ă  Bac+5)
  • Bonne maĂźtrise de Figma
  • TrĂšs bonne comprĂ©hension des principes UX et de la conception d’expĂ©rience
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  analyser des problĂ©matiques et Ă  structurer des parcours utilisateurs
  • SensibilitĂ© aux donnĂ©es utilisateurs et capacitĂ© Ă  en extraire des insights pertinents
