Product Designer - Fashion (m/w/d)

Develop innovative footwear designs from initial sketches and 3D models to final production implementation. Collaborate with development, marketing, and production teams to expand the product portfolio and optimize user-friendliness.
Responsibilities
- Developing innovative product designs – from the initial sketch to the final product
- Co-design and implementation of designs as part of the significant expansion of our product range this year
- Working closely with development, marketing, and production teams to optimize products
- Researching current design trends and market requirements for continuous improvement
- Creating technical drawings and presentations
- Support in optimizing existing products in terms of design and user-friendliness
- Integration of sustainable materials and new design ideas based on trend and market analyses
- Coordination and communication with suppliers and production partners to ensure quality and feasibility
Requirements
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Completed degree or training in product design, industrial design, fashion design, or similar
- Creativity and flair for design, shapes, colors, and materials
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Structured and independent way of working
