The role involves designing and evolving complex financial and operational flows for Loft's ERP SaaS solution for real estate agencies. You will conduct discovery, create robust interfaces, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to build scalable B2B solutions.
Responsibilities
- Investigate problems, design journeys and interfaces, test hypotheses, and use data to inform design decisions
- Conduct discovery, interviews, usability tests, and behavior analysis with real estate companies
- Work in partnership with Product and Engineering to build viable, well-implemented, and connected solutions to the business strategy
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Designer in digital products, working end-to-end with PM and Engineering
- Autonomy to conduct problems of medium to high complexity, structuring hypotheses, solutions, and criteria for success
- Strong repertoire in information architecture, flows, and complex journeys
- Experience with robust interfaces, considering states, permissions, responsiveness, accessibility, and consistency
