Senior Product Designer (Marketplace)

Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Marketplace business, focusing on the seller lifecycle from acquisition to shipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove friction points and improve the end-to-end seller experience.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into specific aspects of the seller lifecycle
• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs of a specific business function
• Lead the entire product life cycle from inception to launch
• Identify opportunities to generate revenue by removing any friction points in the end-to-end customer/seller experience
• Have a deep understanding of the customer and provide the Voice of the Customer to stakeholders
• Establish strong partnerships with UX designers, developers, Customer Support, and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management
• Analytical thinker who works well in a fast-paced, data-driven, and highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• Bias for action and willingness to get your hands dirty to get any job done
• Sound business judgment and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence others
