Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will elevate the brand's visual identity by creating compelling assets across digital, print, retail, and e-commerce channels. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and visually impactful creative assets across digital, print, retail, and e-commerce channels
• Design marketing materials including email campaigns, social media content, advertisements, web graphics, product launch assets, packaging, catalogs, and promotional materials
• Partner with Marketing, Product, E-commerce, and Creative teams to develop design solutions that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and business objectives
• Apply and uphold Aventon's brand standards across all customer-facing creative assets to ensure consistency and quality
• Contribute to the evolution of Aventon's visual identity through thoughtful design execution and creative problem-solving

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong focus on branding and multi-channel marketing
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand development, marketing campaigns, digital design, and visual storytelling
• Experience designing for both digital and print production environments
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy
