Lead the end-to-end design of complex B2B features and product areas, translating complex problems into intuitive, scalable user experiences. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive design strategy and evolve the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Drive scope and impact: Lead design for complex features and product areas with moderate ambiguity
- Own problems end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, maintaining quality under tight timelines and evolving requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Facilitate strong alignment across design, product, and engineering
- Create business impact: Connect design decisions to measurable user and business outcomes
- Execute with excellence: Drive design strategy and execution with minimal guidance
- Lead and elevate the team: Act as a role model for strong design thinking and craft
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on complex B2B or SaaS products
- Strong skills in UI design, visual design, and information architecture
- Portfolio that showcases thoughtful problem-solving and polished execution at scale
- Experience with modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma)
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
