Senior Product Designer

Lead the design team in creating innovative, user-centric product solutions that align with business objectives and brand identity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into functional designs through research, prototyping, and iterative testing.
Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Provide creative direction and leadership to the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Set the design vision for our products, aligning with overall company goals and user needs
- Mentor and coach team members to elevate their skills and capabilities
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business goals and user requirements
- Translate business objectives into design strategies, ensuring alignment with market trends and user expectations
- Product Design: Create visually appealing and functional product designs that meet user needs, business goals, and technical requirements
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, thoughtful UI/UX
- More than 5 years of industry experience as a senior designer
- Experience working with a product and engineering team or led a team to build and ship products that have gone live
- A passion for building great products and experiences
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
- Expert knowledge of design tools, processes, and principles from education and/or experience
- Strong collaboration skills and eagerness to learn and grow
