UX Designer

The UX Designer will own the end-to-end user experience across the full product suite, collaborating with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable design solutions. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating interaction models, and iterating on designs based on usability testing and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Act as a core owner of UX across ETB's full product suite
- Collaborate day-to-day with Product Managers and Engineering leads to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences
- Plan and conduct end-to-end user research, including interviews, discovery sessions, and workflow analysis
- Create and maintain user journeys, task flows, interaction models, and information architecture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, UX Design, Design Strategy, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of UX or product design experience
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently and drive work forward in a lean environment
