The role involves designing and executing quantitative research to connect user behavior with attitudinal data. The researcher will own UX measurement through large-scale tracking and translate complex data into actionable product recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Own UX measurement through surveys, including designing and running large-scale tracking to understand the user experience over time
  • Translate survey data into clear insights, identifying what drives user behavior and outcomes
  • Partner with product, design, and analytics teams to connect user feedback with product decisions and provide context to behavioral data
  • Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations, helping teams understand what matters most to users and where to focus

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience as a UX researcher or research analyst
  • D2C experience researching touchpoints in the acquisition and conversion funnel
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in support of product development
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Suite, usability study software, and/or statistical research software
