Senior UX Researcher

Lead end-to-end mixed-methods research to shape product strategy and inform design decisions across multiple product lines. Establish and scale research operations, including the development of a research repository and participant panel management.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research to uncover user needs, motivations, and friction points
- Design studies that address key product risks and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
- Balance deep research with lean, iterative testing to support product agility and continuous learning
- Strengthen research operations by maintaining and enhancing participant panels, consent workflows, and research documentation systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define user-centered goals and success metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field
- 5+ years of UX or product research experience
- Proven success conducting end-to-end research from discovery through validation and post-launch evaluation
- Expertise in mixed methods research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies, fieldwork)
- Strong synthesis, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills
