Design intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms, creating everything from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research and business goals into scalable design solutions and a consistent design system.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user experiences across web and mobile products, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to define product requirements and deliver thoughtful solutions to user and business problems
- Own design workstreams from concept through execution, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1-4 years of experience in UX or product design, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, including user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and common research methodologies
