Drive the end-to-end vision of AI-enabled care platform workflows to help clinicians deliver guideline-based patient care. Collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering teams to align business strategy with technical implementation and design standards.
Responsibilities
- Influence and approach: act as a strategic thought-leader alongside product management and senior leadership
- Manage and maintain precision in all communication
- Foster a culture of documentation and knowledge-sharing
- Anticipate and mitigate roadblocks, and manage implementation of initiatives
- Support designers through mentorship and provide regular design feedback
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in fast-paced creative environments
- Proactive and natural collaborator
- Growth mindset and comfortable continuing to learn and improve
- Exceptional product design skills and ability to implement strategic and conceptual thinking
- Experience designing for highly technical users
