Responsibilities
- Own the design in your product area, from problem definition to shipping
- Move fast, ship often, and see your work in the hands of real users
- Talk to advisors to understand their problems and inform your design
- Design and prototype in Figma and AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor
- Use and improve our design system, raising the bar for consistency and quality
- Give and receive direct feedback and iterate toward the best solution
Requirements
- Prior experience designing complex multi-user products with high data density
- Systems thinking
- Speed and ability to ship daily
- Quality and attention to visual design, interactions, and writing
- Experience with Figma and AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor
