Design Manager

The Design Manager provides structural design and technical support to the design team and project sites. They are responsible for finalizing design aspects, assessing buildability, and liaising with architects and engineers to ensure smooth project lifecycles.
Responsibilities
- Review specifications, drawings, and bill requirements to define architectural requirements
- Assist in the interpretation of architectural design standards
- Prepare, review, and evaluate contract technical specifications
- Administer and provide concepts for improving plans
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position
- Advanced knowledge of BIM modeling and AutoCAD
- Demonstrable knowledge of enterprise application architectures and integration
- Knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations
- ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills
