Senior Digital Product Designer - Design Systems

Hybrid Full-time Senior

The role focuses on designing and evolving a scalable design system by maintaining high-quality components, patterns, and documentation. You will collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure brand-aligned experiences and support AI-assisted design workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Define, build, and evolve styles, interaction patterns, components, and documentation
  • Maintain robust and scalable Figma component libraries
  • Work closely with designers, engineers, and multi-functional partners to ensure components are effectively implemented and adopted
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing practices that support collaboration, pairing, and upskilling across the design community
  • Apply research methods to evaluate the efficiency of the design system and uncover user and partner needs
  • Help evolve and maintain an organization-wide design token foundation

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in digital product design
  • Strong systems approach
  • Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, interaction design, communication design, or visual arts
  • Experience designing and contributing to developing systems, ideally in enterprise environments
  • Confidence in facilitating workshops such as design sprints and play-testing sessions
  • Up-to-date online portfolio that demonstrates UI and visual design craft, as well as interaction design and problem-solving skills
