Hybrid $160,000 - $192,500 Full-time Senior

Lead the full system engineering execution for the Harvester gasoline Range Extender system, including engine assembly and fuel systems. Manage project reviews, technical guidance, and the release of work products to ensure functional objectives and milestones are met.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full system engineering execution for the Harvester gasoline Range Extender system
  • Conduct regular project reviews, provide technical guidance and support to the powertrain engineering team
  • Ensure peer DREs and development/validation engineers release work products on-time
  • Assist DRE's in generating detailed system and sub-system technical specifications
  • Identify risks and escalate to leadership where appropriate
  • Track and report Range Extender system imperatives
  • Lead critical action plans for identified technical and timing-related program risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Engineering or Engineering Technology
  • 12+ years of experience managing complex multi-disciplinary engineering projects
  • Strong Powertrain technical fundamentals
  • Experience with common project/program management tools
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
