Own the end-to-end UI/UX quality across web, mobile, and chrome extension platforms while establishing the company's visual design language. Collaborate directly with founders and engineers to translate customer pain points into production-ready frontend code.
Responsibilities
- Design Ownership & Delivery: own the quality of Probook's UI/UX across all products
- Translate customer pain points into product and UX improvements
- Obsessively explore the problem space and iterate before coming up with a solution
- Independently ship front-end changes
- Work directly with engineers from spec to ship
- Be a daily thought partner to the founders on product direction
- Work directly with customers in the field to understand workflows and pain points
- Identify UX problems before customers surface them
- Establish Probook's visual and interaction design language from the ground up
Requirements
- 4-6 years of product design experience
- B2B SaaS background
- Strong portfolio of shipped work
- Technical fluency with frontend code and AI-assisted development tools
- Exceptional design taste and detail orientation
- Ability to communicate with clarity and precision
- High-velocity iteration mindset
