Design intuitive interfaces for robotics platforms and translate complex technical capabilities into simple user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve the NEURA design system and refine solutions based on user research.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for robotics platforms and applications
- Take ownership of the design process from concept to final implementation
- Translate complex robotic capabilities into simple and understandable user experiences
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other designers to bring ideas to life
- Contribute to and evolve the NEURA design system to ensure consistency across products
- Conduct and support user research and usability testing to improve solutions
- Continuously refine and improve the user experience based on feedback and real usage
Requirements
- Several years of experience in UI/UX or product design
- Strong portfolio that shows both design process and final results
- Solid understanding of UX fundamentals such as user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Strong sense for visual design, interaction, and detail
- Experience working with tools such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator or similar
- Experience working with industrial products
- Ability to collaborate closely with developers and understand technical constraints
- Clear communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Very good English skills, German is a plus
