The UI/UX Designer will create intuitive interfaces for cloud-based predictive maintenance applications and the Digital Factory Suite. Responsibilities include conducting user research, developing design systems, and collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure a high-quality user experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to understand user needs and behaviors
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications and cloud-based services
- Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and customers to ensure products meet functional requirements and provide an exceptional user experience
- Formulate use cases, translate use cases into initial user stories and acceptance criteria, and contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills
- Design systems experience
- Proficient in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and information architecture
- English and Russian/Belarusian working fluency
