Product Designer

Manage the end-to-end design process from discovery to implementation to create high-quality, intuitive digital experiences. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align user value with business goals and technical constraints.
Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for the user experience across all phasesâfrom discovery and concept development to final implementation
- Translating insights into clear, evidence-based design decisions, and confidently communicating and advocating them across teams
- Crafting high-quality, accessible UI aligned with our Digital Identity and Design System, supported by thoughtful interaction and prototyping
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape, build, and ship impactful solutions
- Driving innovative yet feasible design solutions that balance user value, business goals, and technical constraints
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design for digital products
- Solid experience designing and shipping digital products, with ownership from discovery through implementation
- Highly proficient in Figma and comfortable working with modern tools for prototyping and building product ideas
- Ability to think beyond individual features and understand how design decisions connect to business goals, technical constraints, and long-term product quality
- Clear and confident communication skills, adapting your message to engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
