The role involves planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research studies to identify user needs and improvement potentials for websites and apps. You will collaborate with product management and UX design to translate research findings into concrete actionable recommendations for the business.
Responsibilities
- Supporting product teams in the user-centered development of the website and app
- Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research studies
- Analyzing studies and user needs, and deriving user requirements and concrete recommendations for action
- Collaborating closely with product management, UX design, and other stakeholders
- Preparing research results in a clear and target-group-specific manner and presenting them within the company
- Supporting the development of research knowledge and methods
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field
- Several years of experience in user research or UX research
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Good understanding of user-centered product development and agile working methods
- Ability to analyze complex relationships and present them in a clear and understandable way
- Strong customer orientation and high communication skills, also in an intercultural environment
- Independent, proactive, and structured way of working, combined with creativity, curiosity, and a high willingness to learn
- Interest in the meaningful use of AI in UX research and ideally experience with AI tools
