Senior UX Researcher, GP Studio

Develop and execute research plans to understand user pain points and streamline workflows for internal AI and automation tools. Collaborate with PMs and Engineering to translate research insights into actionable product requirements for Global Partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear, prioritized research plan aligned with GP Studio strategy and broader business goals
- Lead foundational and evaluative research studies to understand the pain points of GP Googlers
- Identify specific opportunities where AI can improve decision quality and execution efficiency within the GP Studio toolset
- Partner closely with PMs and Engineering to translate Global Partnerships workflows into actionable product requirements
- Create high-quality artifacts that clarify the motivations and constraints of various users across Global Partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in an applied research setting (e.g., product or academic), or similar
- Experience with research methods (e.g., usability, studies, contextual inquires, 1:1 interviews, unmoderated research studies)
