Product Designer UX

Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery and problem definition through to launch and iteration. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to create user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs while maintaining the design system.
Responsibilities
- Own projects from discovery through to launch and iteration
- Apply a structured UX process to investigate, validate, and refine solutions
- Research users, products, and opportunities to inform decisions
- Help improve RouteNote based on the needs of users and business
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Requirements
- Completion of the Google UX Design Professional Certificate or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking, problem-solving, and design craft
- Proven alignment with RouteNote's team values
- Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design
- Experience applying a structured design process from discovery through to delivery
