Set the vision for a scalable global KYC onboarding platform by creating reusable design components for regional teams. Collaborate with cross-functional leads to balance complex regulatory compliance with a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Be a cross-functional hero and partner up with the Group Product Manager, Engineering Lead, Analytics Lead, as well as researchers and content designers within your squad
- Bridge global and local needs by collaborating with design leaders across regional teams
- Transform a complex regulatory space by designing experiences that balance compliance requirements with smooth user experiences
- Build the foundation for a platform that will save Wise millions in operational costs while reducing friction for legitimate customers
Requirements
- Led design teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Customer-obsessed but understand how to balance user needs with business constraints and regulatory requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing both strategic thinking and detailed UX execution
- Experience in regulated industries or B2B platforms
- Excited about building for builders - creating tools and patterns that empower other teams to create great experiences
