Hybrid Contract

The role involves creating print and digital communication materials, including brochures, infographics, and social media content, while adhering to the company's visual identity. Additionally, the designer will develop PowerPoint templates and contribute to the creation of visual identities for internal and external initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Decline the graphic charter for the following missions: Conception and production of communication media in respect of the graphic charter
  • Design print and digital communication media in coherence with Wavestone's visual identity
  • Create supports for events and fairs (kakemonos, stands, flyers, signage...)
  • Create internal and external emailings (banners, graphic designs, layout of contents...)
  • Produce web and print documents: brochures, presentations, infographics, white papers
  • Design and update PowerPoint templates for internal teams
  • Participate in the creation and deployment of visual identities
  • Participate in the creation of visual identities for initiatives, events, and internal and external communications
  • Ensure the consistency of creations with Wavestone's graphic charter
  • Decline graphic universes on different media and formats (social networks, emailing, presentations, print...)
  • Create visual content for social networks
  • Design visuals and templates for Wavestone's social networks (LinkedIn, Instagram...)
  • Ensure graphic consistency between contents produced by different teams
  • Accompany collaborators in the use of graphic templates and tools available on Canva
  • Participate in the reflection on new visual formats and trends adapted to social networks
  • Vigilance and creativity: Proposal of innovative graphic ideas
  • Vigilance on design trends

Requirements

  • Student in graphic design - 3rd year Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Technical skills: Mastery of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
  • Knowledge of print and web formats
  • Notions of motion design/video would be a plus
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools
  • Personal qualities: Creativity and aesthetic sense, rigor and respect for deadlines, ability to work in a team, marketing sensitivity, and a proactive attitude
