Senior Product Designer

Own the end-to-end design process from ideation to implementation, focusing on UX, UI, and research. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver customer-centric solutions across core domains like Crypto and Trading.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end product design from ideation to implementation
- Work with pace and energy to prototype, test, and iterate design ideas
- Collaborate closely with other UX and product designers, product managers, and developers
- Use excellent communication skills to get everyone excited about your work
- Create interactive prototypes, including using AI tools to accelerate testing and iteration
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on, end-to-end product design experience
- Proven ability to optimize product funnels using data and metrics
- Experience in financial markets or similarly complex, regulated domains
- Skilled at turning business and customer needs into clear, effective design solutions
- Strong visual design abilities
