Lead the creation of intuitive, scalable user experiences for SaaS products by translating complex problems into clear workflows. Drive design system leadership and partner with product and engineering teams to ensure consistency and agile execution.
Responsibilities
- Connect design decisions to product strategy, business goals, and customer value
- Think in systems: information architecture, workflow mapping, edge cases, future scaling
- Influence product direction through data, research insights, and design rationale
- Anticipate long-term UX implications of roadmaps and architectural decisions
- Drive component library creation, maintenance, governance, and scalability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS or enterprise products
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive UI patterns
- Ability to clearly communicate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences
