Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design of next-generation trading products and evolve the Figma-based design system for global web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to translate complex financial data into intuitive, high-performance user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Translating complex trading requirements and dense financial data into high-performance interfaces that feel effortless for professional users
- Owning and maturing our design system in Figma, evolving it into a scalable, accessible component library that works across web and mobile
- Running the full design lifecycle for major workstreams, from discovery and logic mapping through to pixel-perfect delivery and implementation support
- Conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions in a high-pressure, real-world trading environment
- Partnering with Stakeholders, Product and Engineering teams to navigate technical constraints and working on large scale projects
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Deep expertise in Figma design systems
- A portfolio that tells a clear story: complex problem in, elegant interface out with the process shown, not just the outcome
- An eye for detail and a genuine obsession with typography, layout, grid systems, and high-density information display
- Experience influencing product roadmaps and technical decisions within agile, cross-functional teams
- The ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes that communicate complex user journeys to both users and stakeholders
