Responsibilities
- Study workflows of doctors, their staff, and patients to craft interfaces that make autonomous agents feel trustworthy and effortless to supervise
- Build the control plane for powerful agents handling billing and medical records
- Design onboarding, human-in-the-loop review, and tools practice owners use to understand their business
Requirements
- Adapt quickly as constraints change, giving and receiving feedback openly
- Have taste in visual design, interaction, and usability
- Are excited about designing across both product experience and brand
- Pair closely with engineers and founders to shape and ship new product experiences
- Experiment with AI tools to build interactive prototypes
